Return to Your Center
Reconnecting with the Self During Times of Uncertainty,
Groundlessness, and Stress

During the Video and as part of the eBook, we’ll explore:
- How to discover a place and refuge within you that is never dysregulated
- Why we may not always be able to feel “grounded” and “safe” – and why that’s okay
- The importance of short, micro-moments of attunement in times of groundlessness, when things fall apart
- A simple 5-minute practice to recover the center when it has been lost
As open, sensitive, relational beings – especially in times of liminality and transition – it may not be possible to always feel regulated, calm, and safe. This is not evidence that there’s something wrong with us or that we’re not okay, but a reflection of the shakiness and high levels of arousal in the collective at this time.
Rather than shame or judge ourselves for this – and end up turning from our own embodied vulnerability and sensitivity – is it possible to enter into relationship with these energies as allies on the path, and to mine their transformational potential?
Rather than disown or repress waves of groundlessness, anxiety, and uncertainty – or attempt to “regulate” or manage them, is it possible to rest inside the very core of the somatic activation and alchemize the arousal, realizing it as an unexpected and uninvited ally of integration and wholeness?
There is a centering within us that is always accessible, which is able to naturally hold and contain even our most dysregulating and challenging experiences. We don’t “create” this center through our beliefs or our practices, but can learn to recognize and return to it, in micro moments of embodied attunement.
In Return to the Center I speak about this natural ordering function located within the core of the human person, and how we can connect with it in times of uncertainty, shakiness, and overwhelm; when we feel alone and that things are falling apart.
With just a bit of practice and familiarity, we can come to live with this center as an inner partner who is here with us even in moments when we aren’t always able to “regulate,” especially on our own.
Along with a video, there is also an accompanying eBook that describes the practice and the importance of micro-moments of embodied attunement throughout the day, as a way to interrupt the trance of the collective status quo, and return our center of gravity into a field of spacious, luminous, compassionate presence.
